Our home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and all appliances. We utilize modern day inspection equipment, such as drones, cameras, and air/gas sensors. After the inspection process, we will send a detailed report (often within 24 hours) that covers all our findings, complete with pictures, analysis and recommendations.
